Specific Job Requirements
The Residential Territory Manager will:
Work Performance
- Facilitate the sale of process to all single family dwellings
- Respond to leads in a timely manner
- Secure successful cold call sales
- Distribute flyers in territory
- Participate in home shows
- Keep company car maintained and clean
- Maintain all assigned equipment (phones, etc.)
- Generate residential sales revenue, striving to exceed monthly quota
- Follow-up on all completed work
- Track applicable paperwork and enter data into our CRM
- Obtain new leads from satisfied customers
Customer Service
- Develop relationships with local homeowner associations, Realtors etc.
- Aid customer care rep as needed in resolving customer problems
Safety
- Know, follow and implement the Company’s Safety and Health Program
- Know, follow and implement the Company’s Fall Protection Program
- Know, follow and implement the Company’s Paint Protocol Program
- Know, follow and implement the Company’s Hazardous Material Program
- Know, follow and implement the Company’s Drug-free Workplace Policy
