I have been trying to find someone to clean my solar panels, and when I contacted him, he was able to schedule a quick visit the following day. He researched the cleaning methods appropriate for my solar panel types and then presented a super fair quote to clean the solar panels and power wash the back patio, driveway, and front entrance. They were able to come and complete the work the following day and did an incredible job! The solar panels are SO clean, the driveway and patios all look so great! All the stubborn algae and tar from the crazy amounts of water and shade in my yard were cleaned. I would 10000% recommend their services!
SoftWash is the future of building cleaning. I hired WhiteWater SoftWash to clean a 6-building apartment complex with vinyl siding, along with exterior wooden stair cases, and the results are impeccable. It is a great cleaning solution for multi-family units because it is discreet, quick, and very non-invasive for the dwelling, and this benefits the residents. With conventional pressure washing, we typically deal with chemicals dripping down onto people when they step out of their front door, seized door locks from heavy chlorine applications, gas-powered machines, and noise – none of that takes place with WhiteWater SoftWash. The buildings are cleaned, rinsed, and the chemicals neutralized on the ground before the end of the process. I am extremely happy with the results and would recommend Eric and his team for their professionalism and results in any situation.

Eric and his team cleaned my roof and driveway. The softwash made my 15-year-old roof look brand new. The driveway turned out even better. It had huge rust stains from an old junk golf cart. They were able to wash them all away and return the drive way to looking perfect. I will definitely be using them again for other projects.

WhiteWater SoftWash just cleaned our home, and it is unbelievable how clean it is now! We had a lot of mildew in many areas, especially on the porch. I thought for sure it would not get removed, but it looks like a fresh coat of paint was applied. Eric, Jarrett, and Justin are so kind and very professional. Great guys! I don’t know about your house, but the frequent and heavy rains we’ve had in Atlanta this spring and summer have caused the discoloration on my roof to go crazy! I met with representatives from two other companies who used the same “SoftWash” chemical process, but I found Eric Smithson of WhiteWater SoftWash to be the friendliest, the best listener and the most knowledgeable of the company representatives who came out to my house. Eric was pleased to provide me a quote for the cleaning services that I requested. While surveying my property, Eric made a significant recommendation to me when he recognized that a special landscape feature on my property would require a special adjustment. I was very appreciative of his proactive attention to a detail that was in my best interest. His comments spoke to his competency and knowledge. Eric’s observation was right on target! I shudder to think what would have happened if I had hired one of the other companies. Neither of the other representatives even realized the need for the special safeguard to my landscape feature. The roof on my house was really looking rough in areas with visible staining and moss growing in the sections shaded by tree canopy. Of note: I had previously tried a DIY spray-on solution sold at Lowe’s and Home Depot I thought would work – it did not. No noticeable difference. Eric came out cleaned and the roof and two Sunbrella canopies. It looks like I had a new roof installed. Great job!!!!! What a visible difference and absolutely no impact to the surrounding landscaping. This system works and 6 months later just as clean with no fungal regrowth or staining.
